Easy Spring Makeup

The key to achieving easy spring makeup is to keep things minimal while adding a pop of color to your lips. Since the seasons are changing, its time for some color. This makeup look is so easy and versatile, you can change it up every day just with a different lip color!

Step 1- Prime: The first step to making your spring makeup last all day is primer. Any primer that works with your skin will do.

Step 2- Foundation & Concealer: The second step to getting a perfect canvas for your makeup is foundation and concealer. We recommend going with a foundation and concealer that works well with your skin and offers you the perfect coverage that you need depending on your skin type. We also recommend using a damp beauty blender to blend the products into your skin to give you a more flawless finish.

Step 3- Set: In order to keep your liquids lasting all day, it is really important to set them with powders. Use a fine, translucent powder to set your under eye concealer to avoid any dryness. If you are looking for more coverage use a non translucent powder to set the rest of your face.

Step 4- Blush, Highlight & Contour: Some of the most important steps to achieving sun kissed glow skin for spring is to highlight, contour and add blush. If you are just trying to achieve a warmer complexion, go with a bronzer that is more warm in tone. If you are looking to sculpt and further define go with a bronzer that is more cool tones and ashy. To get the perfect sun lit glow use products like The Balm Desert bronzer blush and Mary Loumanizer Highlighter on anywhere the sun would naturally hit.

Step 5- Eyebrows: It is extremely important to maintain well groomed brows as they frame your face. Use a brow pencil to make life easier and a clear brow gel to make sure they done end up all over the place.

Step 6- Eyes: Eyeshadow is something you can change up a ton for this look, or even go without. If you are looking for some shadow, stick with natural matte and slightly shimmery shadows to define and pop your eyes naturally. If you want to add an extra pop to really open your eyes, try using a nude colored eyeliner pencil in your waterline.

Step 7- Lashes: This look is all about the lips and lashes so we do not recommend going without them. If you have great natural lashes, skip the falsies and apply generous coats of mascara. If your not so well endowed on the lash game, the most affordable, natural looking false lashes we have found are the Ardell Demi Wispie lashes that you can find at any drugstore.

Step 8- Lips: Lips are the main statement in this makeup look and the best part is you can change it up all the time with any lip color you want!
