Oatmeal– A really easy and filling breakfast idea is oatmeal. To make life easier use instant oatmeal, steel cut preferred. The best flavor is definitely the maple and brown sugar. Once your oatmeal is done cooking add some honey and chia seeds to sweeten it up and add benefits such as fiber, protein and omega- 3 antioxidants.
Berry Wafflewhich– If you have a bit more time for a filling and healthy breakfast a berry waffle-which will be your go to. All you need is two waffles, you can also use whole grain or wheat waffles, peanut butter, honey, chia seeds, and the berries of your choice. All you have to do is assemble your waffle-which and you can even wrap it up in a paper towel and take it on the go!
